New Countryside Construction has already been overall carried out,but planning work of village construction was lagging in many places,especially it was also such in Less-developed Areas,through investigation of Enshi city in hubei province,village of Less-developed Areas was commonly distributed in some places of multi-mountains,less plowland,remote,backward infrastructure and minority regions,the construction of new countryside has met many problems.So village construction planning in less-developed areas must follow instructiveness,prospective,practicability,proceed from actual conditions and frugal principle,and it should carefully develop a planning from several aspects of rational land-use of village development,industry development,village residence,village infrastructure construction and so on.
