Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To observe the therapeutic effect of compound glycyrrhizin(GL)on chronic hepatitis C(CHC),against which interferon fails to be effective.METHODS:31cases of CHC,after being found without curative effect by using interferon(IFN),were given the intravenous drip of compound glycyrrhizin(60ml)dissolved in250ml glucose injection at a concentration of5%q.d.for one period of treatment(3months~1year).RESULTS:Compared the result with that before treatment, there was a significant difference(P0.05)in alanine amido metastase after3months'treatment;however,no significant difference(P0.05)was found in HCV-RNA ration.CONCLUSION:GL can delay the exacerbation of CHC, against which interferon failed to be effective.
