Abstract
The library under the network environment is facing survival crisis, the traditional service model is no longer currently suited to the further development of the library, the two-campus university had brought many difficulties to the library management, in this state,it is imperative for the library to search for effective service model. This paper studies library’s effective service model for two-campus university-running under the network environment starting from several elements of library’s effective service model.
