Application of Nursing Grading in Basic Nursing for the Patients

Abstract
Objective To investigate the guiding significance of nursing grading on clinical basic care.Methods Since March 2010,nursing group leader modified the grade of nursing every day according to patients' condition,and guided the nurses to implement the patient's basic nursing care.Results Before and after the implementation of the nursing grading,patients' satisfaction,nurses' satisfaction,based nursing care,grade-one nursing and holistic nursing improved significantly(P0.05).Conclusion Implementing basic nursing care according to the grade of nursing can not only improve nurses' knowledge and practical ability,raise the level of basic nursing,but also increase nurses' self-esteem and improve their job satisfaction.
