Abstract
Veterinary drug residues in animal-derived food was one of public health problems and the international community was to study in recent years, and received more and more widespread attention at home and abroad. The detection method to veterinary drug residues in food of animal-derived was studied, and HPLC was one of the very effective methods. The analysis and application of high performance liquid chromatography in drug residues of streptomycin, chloramphenicol, tetracycline, and sulfa were reviewed.
