Process model of enterprise information systems implementation based on demonstration and discussion method

Abstract
In order to improve the efficiency and success of enterprise information systems project implementation,in accordance with the Demonstration and Discussion Method(DDM),the process model of enterprises information systems implementation was established.In virtue of IDEF0 method,the implementation steps and guidelines for two major phases in the process model were presented in order to make it hierarchy and perspicuity.The two phases are enterprise information systems planning and enterprise information systems implementation.The process model is enterprise oriented to the total process,can be used to instruct enterprise to implement information systems project step by step,and improve the efficiency of information systems implementation.
