Abstract
Gleeble-1500 thermal/mechanical simulator 2026 alloy on the hot compression tests were studied in the temperature 300~450 ℃ and strain rate of 0.01~10 s-1 under the conditions of hot deformation behavior. The results show that:during the hot deformation, the flow stress can be well described by the hyperbolic sine constitutive,by optimizing the value of α,it can be obtained more accurately the apparent activation energy of the alloy which is 230.51 kJ/mol.According to the dynamic materials model,it calculated and analyzed the processing of alloy 2026 figure with the use of hot deformation processing maps,it identified areas of flow instability, and the alloy in the thermal processing temperature 450 ℃,strain rate of 0.01 s-1 had the optimal processing ability.
