The Corresponding Nature between Government Performance Management Innovation and Governance Capacity Improvement of Government: From the Perspective of Local Government

The high corresponding nature between innovating government performance management and improving governance capacity of local government indicates the active promotive effect of scientific and efficient government performance management on improving governance capacity of local government. Thus,this essay believes innovating government performance management is a key method to improve governance capacity of local government.However,there exist many problems in traditional government performance management modes that restrict the improvement of governance capacity of local government. Therefore,the administration idea of local government should be updated and local government performance management should be innovated,so as to push the recreation of endogenous capacity of local government,and reach the goal of improving governance capacity and level of local government.
