Abstract
The crime of illegal medical practice is a accusation in the Section 336 of Criminal law.Criminal law provides the constitute and penalties application of the crime of illegal medical practice.But the provision is not very clear,in which whether the legal can become the subject of the crime cause much academic disputes.This article mainly discusses the contents including the concept and characteristics of the crime of illegal medical practice,the difference between the crime of illegal medical practice and the other crimes,legal unit can becoming the subject of the crime or not,the penalties application of the crime of illegal medical practice,and so on.
