Abstract

With the rapid development of China's credit card industry,there come a number of problems in the course of using credit card.Credit cards cash out is one of them.It has been controversy on the legal nature of credit cards cash out.The article starts with the concepts and principles of credit card cashing out,analyzes the underlying causes,and finds the lack of relevant legislation on credit cards.Then makes several suggestions on credit card legislation based on the U.S.model.
