Abstract

CHEN Yun set an example in making good use of theory of scientific policy-making.Through combing his significant decision-making activities in the early years of New China,from the modern leader's science angle this article summarizes Chen's scientific policy-making thoughts,mainly including the correct policy-making principles and the scientific policy-making ways, and his unique revision thoughts in the process of the implementing the policies.
