Abstract
A new spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace amount Vanadium was developed. It is based on the fact that V(Ⅴ) can catalyze the decolorizing of methyl green with KIO_4 in the medium of H_3PO_4 and Vc.The linear range of Ⅴ(V) is 0.1~1.0 ng·mL~(-1),and the determination limit is 2.90×10~(-10)g·mL~(-1).The method has been used for the determination of trace Vanadium in celery and wheat with satisfactory results.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
