Abstract
Objective:To compare the polysaccharides content in medicinal dendrobum herb of different collection period.Methods:Coarse polysaccharides in medicinal dendrobum herb were assayed with spectrophotography in different collection period.Results:The polysaccharides content in medicinal dendrobum herb collected in different collection period were 4.59%,5.37%,5.92%,6.24%,respectively.Conclusions:Winter is the best collection period for medicinal dendrobum herb.
