Abstract
Both MRPⅡ and JIT are advanced methods of production management.By comparing MRPⅡand JIT in research content and applicable fields and by combining their advantages.This paper introduces a new idea of production management for enterprises by applying MRPⅡ/ JIT hybrid system in JinLong company and make them acquire more advantages in competitive condition.
