Abstract
Objective:To explore the application of weighted rank sum ratio(WRSR) method in comprehensive evaluation of maternal and child health management. Methods:WRSR method was used to evaluate the quality of maternal and child health work comprehensively in 10 districts(counties) of a certain city in 2010. Results:10 districts(counties) were divided into three degrees: the quality of maternal and child health work in the districts(counties) numbered 2 and 9 was excellent;the quality of maternal and child health work in the districts(counties) numbered 1,3,5,6,7,8,10 was medium;the quality of maternal and child health work in the district or county numbered 4 was bad. Conclusion:Comprehensive application of WRSR method can evaluate the quality of maternal and child health work objectively and roundly,reflect it scientifically.
