Abstract
Isokinetic exercise, as a new method of functional assessment of muscle, training and rehabilitation, has been widely used in research and clinical work of sports medicine and rehabilitation medicine. Knee joint is the most common position of injury in sports. This paper reviewed the isokinetic exercise applied in knee joint injure prevention and rehabilitation.
