Abstract
With the simulation experiment of dilute phosphoric acid production from phosphate rock andsulfuric acid in laboratory, the effects of reaction time and filter temperature on phosphoric acidproduction are studied by determining the dilute phosphoric acid composition and phosphogypsumcomposition under the different reaction time and filter temperature. The results show that: the enoughreaction time is beneficial to phosphate rock extraction and crystal growth of phosphogypsum, as well asthe filtering; the low filter temperature can prevent the scaling of dilute phosphoric acid.
