Abstract
One-way hydrophobic finish is carried out on one side of cotton knits with printing method. The optimum finishing process is finishing agent HG68 2.5%,crosslinking agent HG 0.3%,thickener HG 2.5%,and curing at 170 ℃ for 2 min.The finished one side hydrophobic fabric features good one-way moisture transport effect of 4.5~5 grade, attenuation of moisture transport effect less than 15% after 50 times washing and good durability. The air permeability of the finished fabric reduces by 10% and the capillary effect drops by 5%~7% compared with those of the unfinished fabric.
