Abstract

This paper not only reviews the concept of X-ray radiation dose and CT dose index but analyzes the factors that affect the CT dose index and introduces the method for reducing CT dose index with GE VCT,in particular the low-dose technique in cardiac imaging. The study aims to properly minimize X-ray dose in clinical diagnosis.
