Abstract

Taking the implemented situation of forest ecological benefit compensation in national non-commercial forest of Qinghai Province since 2004 as background,the problems about forest ecological benefit compensation and non-commercial forest protection were analyzed.Some countermeasures in national forest ecological benefit compensation manegement were recommend for reference.
