Abstract

With the practice of safe broadcasting in the past ten years,the paper discusses the safe broadcasting work of automatic broadcasting system based on video server and concludes that optimized personnel and reasonable shift is the guarantee to safe broadcasting.While advanced hardware,perfect backup system and complete maintenance measures are basic elements of safe broadcasting.Improving broadcasting staff quality through training is the major emphasis to safe broadcasting.This paper is to elaborate the construction of safe broadcasting system in (former) Wenzhou TV Station in the above three aspects.
