Abstract
The power of piezoelectric pump comes from the piezoelectric vibrator which consists of piezoelectric ceramic patch and metal vibration amplify patch, so it is inevitable for the type of pump to generate vibration and noise. A research on the vibration radiation noise of piezoelectric pump is given in this paper. Firstly, the theoretic model is introduced, which calculates the synthetic sound pressure according to the vibration quantity. Then, the experimental devices that are used to monitor and measure the vibration of piezoelectric vibrator and the radiation noise generated by the vibration are developed. A real-time track and monitor to the vibration and noise of piezoelectric pump is made by using the device. Finally, makes a comparison between the theoretic calculation and experimental testing is made. The result approves the theory that calculates the synthetic sound pressure according to the vibration quantity is true.
