[Results] The living birth delivered by local women kept decreasing by 38%,maternal mortality ranged from 11.47/100000 to 29.60/100000. Postpartum hemorrhage ranked first in causes of maternal death. The deliveries by women from other places had increased 3.43 times, the maternal mortality ranged from 29.08/100000 to 109.61/100000,the major causes of maternal death were hemorrhage and infection.
