Abstract
On the basis of kinematic analysis of device for rope arrangement for winch roller,some problems existing in present rope arranging program is pointed out in the paper,which caused the wire rope not to be winded homogeneously and regularly on the roller’s surface and fringes.According to this program,the automatic rope arranging system was designed.It has been proved that this system can automatically follow and compensate,and the wire rope is neatly arranged,moreover,it is stable,reliable and safe.
