Abstract
From the development of Marxist theory,the circumstance and historical task that our Party encountered in the new age,and the practice of construction and development of socialism with Chinese characteristics,to establish theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics has its inevitability.This inevitability shows that to establish theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics is the internal demand of the development of Marxist theory,is the requirement of the development of times,is the demand of the practice of socialist construction,and is the localization of Marxism in China.
