Discussion on the Influence about Confucius' Political Ideas on Qu Yuan's Ideal Politics

Abstract

There were many the same aspects between Qu Yuan's ideal politics and Confucius's political ideas.Both Qu Yuan and Confucius praised highly Yao,Shun,Yu,Tang and WenWang,Wu Wang,Lord Zhou of Zhou Dynasty,attached importance to benevolence and justice,advocated the combining rule of virtue with rule by law.Both Qu Yuan and Confucius advocated appointing people according to their political integrity and ability.Qu Yuan's ideal politics were deeply influenced by Confucius'political ideas.
