Abstract
Political legitimacy, a key proposition of politics, is the most important problem that all regimes and the party in power should solve first. Under new historical condition, the lawful power resource of Chinese Communist Part has changed greatly, which calls for the party to know more about the political legitimacy, so that new resource would be taken, rebuilding political legitimacy resource and satisfying the people's call.
