Abstract

In modern society,traditional knowledge embodies important value.Traditional knowledge is easily abused more and more.This not only brings harm to traditional knowledge,but infringes upon the legal interests of authors.The system of intellectual property should include rights protection of traditional knowledge.First we should better system of intellectual property in China,based on which we should build the system of international intellectual property of protection traditional knowledge.
