GPRS and SMS Technique in Embedded Internet

Abstract

The embedded Internet based on GPRS and SMS is designed in order to solve the requirement of the environment monitoring system in the agriculture field. The system features the embedded operation system-μC/OS-II, the connection with Internet, the function of alarm through SMS, and the customizing SMS in the μC/OS-II. The difficulties of the embedded Internet and its solution schemes are given in detail, such as the using and programing technique of the AT dictate in GPRS and SMS etc. The running has shown the wireless remote monitoring system in agriculture based on the embedded Internet has the characteristic of stabilization, credibility, expansile and low costs etc.
