On the Evolution of Administrative Law Connotation

Administrative law scholars and law historians point of view different from that produced only after administrative law in modern times,the ancient society does not have administrative law,mainly based on administrative law,must be linked with democracy.In fact,this understanding any errors bias.Administrative law,administrative law which should be yes,since there are countries that the community has the existence of administrative law,but in different periods of administrative law has given a new meaning.Ancient bureaucratic institutions and organizations are mainly administrative law;modern administrative law is mainly administrative power control method;modern administrative law,the balance of power is mainly public and private law.
