Abstract
The copolymer synthesized in aqueous solution polymerization from methacrylatoethyl trimethyl ammonium chloride(DMC) and acrylamide was studied in this paper. The effects of concentration of initiator, temperature, monomer ratio,pH and initiator on cationic degree of copolymer, intrinsic viscosity and relative mass of molecule were discussed in detail. The optimal conditions are:pH is 8,temperature is 50 ℃,amount of initiator is 0.8 mmol/L,DMC ∶AM is 1 ∶3.At last,we got the optimum technics of the high molecular weight cationic polyacrylamides.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
