Abstract
A pot experiment of sand culture was carried out. The results showed that the Flue-cured tobacco appeared the symptom of potassium deficiency with the potassium concentration in nutrient solution being below 150mg kg~(-1). The dry weight of leaf increased with potassium concentration rising. A positive correlation between the potassium absorption and accumulation in leaf and the supply concentration of potassium, and between phosphorous absorption and potassium supply was found.
