Abstract
In field condition,the objectives of this study were to investigate the effects of combination use of N and Zn fertilizers on the yield and N,Zn concentration in wheat cultivar'Yangmai 16'under two N rates with six Zn levels and four Zn application methods at maturity stage.The results showed that the yield and N,Zn concentration of wheat increased with the increase of soil Zn level.The application methods of Zn fertilizer also significantly affected the Zn concentration in grain,and there was a general descending trend among the treatments:foliar spray+soil(S50+F2),foliar spray(F2),soil(S50),control(CK),and the effect of Zn fertilizer applied by foliar spray was much more than that by soil.And these progress was advanced that improve N fertilizer rate from normal(200 kg·hm-2)to high(300 kg·hm-2).Zn concentration and N concentration in grain were significantly positive correlated,and the coefficient of correlation was 0.934 9 and 0.885 1 under high and normal N level,respectively.In this study,it could be a rapid and effective way to improve yield and grain Zn nutrition quality of wheat by optimal management of N and Zn fertilizer.
