Study and application of digital oscilloscope card

Abstract

The basic principle,technique and application of high speed data acquisition system and traditional oscilloscope are described in this article. A digital oscilloscope card system is studied and designed ,and its hardware is made. Programs including hardware drive program, data processing program and signal power spectrum analysis program, which are needed for system software,are also programmed and accomplished.
