Abstract
[Objective] The research aimed to study the effects of different ratio of bio-organic fertilizer and chemical fertilizer on the growth, yield and quality and soil nutrient content and soil microorganisms. [Method]The experiment of A no organic fertilizer(CK),B 50 g per plant organic manure with chemical fertilizer,C 100 g organic fertilizer per plant with chemical fertilizer,D 150 g organic fertilizer per plant with chemical fertilizer,E 200 g organic fertilizer per plant with chemical fertilizer,F 250 g organic fertilizer per plant with chemical fertilizer,G 300 g organic fertilizer was designed. [Result]The bio-organic fertilizer usage wasn't the more the better. Suitable ratio of the bio-organic fertilizer and chemical fertilizer could promote the growth of tomato, improve the yield and quality of tomato, and increase the content of soil nutrient and microorganism. [Conclusion]200 g organic fertilizer and 5. 9 g urea,5. 6 g calcium superphosphate and 4. 0 g potassium sulfate per plant could greatly promote the growth of tomato, and improve the yield and quality of tomato, and increase soil nutrients and microbial quantity.
