Abstract
Objective To explore a set of health education service mode for controlling blood pressure in the crowd of community,through carrying out health education among hypertension patients and observing the effect after the intervention.Methods 113 hypertensive patients in a community were selected as the research object by simple sampling,the health education was carried out,with its before and after the intervention as a control,the results were analyzed by using statistical description,t test,et al.Results All of the 113 subjects had different degree of high blood pressure risk behavior,they were also lack of the knowledge for hypertension and cardiovascular disease prevention;after the intervention,the patient of hypertension related knowledge awareness,health related behavior and blood pressure were better than before.Conclusion Health education was an effective and feasible method for blood pressure control;but it need to organize and mobilize the family,social forces to participate,and fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the patients,and to carry out health education intervention services targetedly.
