Abstract
For literaryand in the writing of literary history,Cao Juren,as a historian,emphasizes the objective truth of the history;and Xia Zhiqing,setting himself up as a literary critic,stresses on the impartiality of the standard of literary criticism.But after a careful reading,it can be found that personal experience plays an important role in their literary history writing.In fact,objectiveness and subjectiveness are always depended upon one another in literary history writing.From this point,this paper puts forward another possibility of literary history writing-living literary history.
