Abstract
Objective To explore the correlation factors, causes, prevention and therapy of fat Liquefaction in abdominal postoperative incision. Methods Clinical data of 26 patients with incisional fat Liquefaction in abdominal postoperative incision during August 2008 and February 2012 in our department(experimental group) and 24 homochronous patients without incisional fat Liquefaction(control group) were analyzed by retrospective review method. Results The occurrence of fatty colliquation in abdominal postoperative incision was significantly related to age, obesity, diabetes, hypoproteinemia, length of incision, and operation time(P0.05).Conclusion Early diagnosis, corresponding therapy in time and eusemia may be useful for fat Liquefaction in abdominal postoperative incision.
