Abstract
Different origin of soybean meal were used to extract soy protein isolate(SPI.) This research comparison of the SPI yield rate of diffrernt soybean meal under the same conditions.The results showed that the extraction of high protein soybean meal is relatively difficultn,eed to develop new extraction technology.
