Abstract
Macro program based on FANUC numerical control system,solve the problem of program unable recycle during the process.Modular programming can be directly as the main program,and also can be used as a subroutine,to make actual processing more agile and convenient,high efficiency.On the numerical control milling machine(machining center),macro programming is used to make typical process of the modular instruction,such as convex platform,cant.Finally the modular instruction applied to parts———box point holes of parallelogram,to verify the advantages of macro program by simulation process.
