Abstract
This experiment studies the influence of drought stress on Alfalfa proline accumulation in the imitating drought condition of PEG - 6000 solution. It show the highest free proline accumlation appears in 20%PEG solution and after 48 hours; the Alfalfa(No. 1 zhongmu) has the highest accumlation. The experiment shows that proline accumulation appears in drought condition.
