Abstract
Based on the comparison of training objectives between vocational education and secondary vocational education,this paper advances how the vocational education shows the training in the capacity of method in the formulation of training objectives so that it can make the difference from secondary vocational education and embody the attributes of higher vocational education.It explores how to implement the training objectives in the curriculum system and the teaching of vocational education.
