Abstract
Objective To investigate the hemodynamic changes in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods Cerebrovascular Hemodynamics Analyzer (MD CBA CV-300) was used in 27 patients with cerebral infarction and 32 healthy adults.Relative hemodynamic parameters were evaluated and compared with the findings from control subjects. Results Many hemodynamic parameters in patients with cerebral infarction were abnormal. But 14 days later, most of them became normal or almost normal. Conclusion The patients with cerebral infarction showed many abnomal hemodynamic changes, and it is possible that these changes had been appeared before the cerebral infarction and played a role in the outset of cerebral infarction. However, these changes are curable, and thereby we can do better to prevent cerebral infarction.
