Abstract
In order to keep deposit sound, Deposit Insurance System should be established. The thesis probed into the necessity of the Chinese Deposit Insurance on the theoretical basis, and designed the working procedure of the Chinese Deposit Insurance Company. Moreover, the thesis offered an overall and systematic train of thought and foundation to establish our Deposit Insurance System.
