Abstract
The Ministry of Agriculture issued national agricultural and rural informatization developmentthe12thFive-Year Plan pointed out: the development of agricultural information technology contributes to improving level of agricultural production and operation information. Following instructions,based on extensive investigation in Shanxi at all levels and departments in charge of agriculture on foundation of actual level of agricultural and rural informatization in Shanxi,this paper makes analysis of construction of agriculture and rural informatization in Shanxi province,objectively,comprehensively and systematically.
