Abstract
Currently China has become the worst victim of anti-dumping in the world, which has caused China to suffer heavy losses in her export trade. Therefore,we must take corresponding tit-for-tat countermeasures to prevent the rising momentum of anti-dumping and to improve Chinese foreign trade environment. There are many strategies against anti-dumping.For example,a trade association can unite the same trade enterprises by granting them membership so as to commonly respond to the international competition and safeguard the interests of each member. The trade association can play an active role especially in the response to dumping and anti-dumping areas and its functional role cannot be replaced in the three periods, mainly before and during anti-dumping investigation and after anti-dumping arbitration.
