Abstract

Objective:To study the peculiarity of perioperative treatment of endoscopic nasal sinus surgery.Method:Retrospectively analyzed the data of 186 patients above 65 years old with chronic sinusitis.Result:There were some different features of treatment between the older and younger patients.Conclusion:The treatment of endoscopic sinus surgery was and availabile for elderly patients.
