Abstract
Political civilization is the necessary in the system of human civilization. The development of political, material and spiritual civilization in harmony can promote the progress of society.Enhance establishing socialist political civilization is the fundamental guarantee that build a well-off society in an all-round way. The key to establishing socialist civilization is to combine the need to uphold the Party's leadership and to ensure that the people are the masters of the country with the need to rule the country by law.
