Abstract
Evocation,one of the ancient funeral amenities, has many obvious differences between zhongyuan and chu area. Starting from historic materials, the present paper tries; to probe into the popularity of evocation in the weijmsuitangperiod and its reason. And the author's tentative opinion is put forward.
