Abstract
Through investigation, interview and literature statistics, this paper studies the organization and developing model of community service department in Bellevue in USA. The result shows that government directly managing community sports activity can help to encourage citizens to participate in physical activity. Community facility resource is made fully used because of comprehensiveness formed by service content. Community sports recreation service ensures the stable development of community sports.
